Our Soccer for toddlers focuses on basic movement skills such as running, kicking, and eye to foot coordination. Activities are often centered around fun games that arent as focused on soccer but casually involves a soccer ball. We heavily encourage social interaction with peers.
Ages 4-6:
At this stage, 4-6 years begin to grasp fundamental soccer skills like dribbling, passing, and shooting in a playful environment. Coach Rob teaches basic techniques through activities that promote teamwork, awareness, and listening skills.
Ages 7-8:
At this age we introduce structured drills and small-sided games. Coaching sessions focus on improving ball control, decision-making, and understanding of positions while promoting sportsmanship and fair play.
Ages 9-12:
Soccer training focuses on tactical understanding, positional play, and advanced skills such as ball control under pressure and tactical awareness. Players start to develop their individual playing styles while working as a team with strong communication.
Ages 12-16:
At this level, our soccer programs become increasingly competitive and intense, with a focus on technical skills, tactical understanding, physical conditioning, and mental toughness. Training sessions include advanced drills, scrimmages, and strategic analysis to prepare players for higher levels of competition and potentially become future players in the sport.
